Applying is always free. Earlville.com never charges a job seeker anything, and we never ask you for your Social Security number, bank or card details, or money to apply. No legitimate employer will either. If a posting here asks you for any of those, stop and email support@earlville.com.
Pay is always shown. Every posting on this board has to state what it pays — that's our rule, and for employers with four or more people it's also New York law (Labor Law §194-b). If what you're offered doesn't match what was posted, we'd like to know.

Under 18? You can still work in New York — generally from age 14, with narrow exceptions for farm work and newspaper delivery a little younger — but you'll need working papers (an employment certificate) from your school district, and there are limits on your hours. Tell the employer your age up front; it's a normal question, not a problem.
